Second Day at World Cup in Belgrade

In Belgrade, Birgit Skarstein of Norway, the reigning World Champion from Sarasota-Bradenton last year, set a new World Best Time, beating her own best time by nearly two seconds in the PR1. Under almost perfect rowing weather, the semi-finals and first finals were raced at the first World Cup in Belgrade, Serbia, on Saturday.
