Dan has spent 30 years running Team Concepts Inc, teaching some of the world’s biggest companies how to build champion teams. Here he talks to his friend and HTBS correspondent, William O’Chee, about what it is like to win a world championship, why some teams succeed when others fail and all things rowing.
