No, this is not the ‘stormy seas’ on the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon in Rio.

Due to stormy conditions, the Olympic rowing in Rio was cancelled today. This was the second day during these Games that the rowing was stopped due to poor conditions on the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon. Hopefully, the regatta will continue tomorrow.
