A river of rain has,
the whole of the day,
rained from the heavens,
a river rowers could
row up the fall of
by channeling the techniques
salmon employ. As it is,
there is next to no room
to put anymore water,
even if water were agreeable
to being put anywhere.
With all the water, rowers
might consider a ferrying business
on the side. I could, then, hire
a boat to get me from my apartment
to work, and back, again.
So, here I suggest two alternatives
to any rower who might wish
a change in routine: Channel
the salmon in you,
or find yourself with a ferry service,
when the heavens make of the air
a river of rain.
