About fifty people – among them Tom’s family, close friends, Yale buddies, his former co-workers at Skadden Law Firm and a representative from Marist University, the eventual home of Tom’s rowing collection – had gathered to bid a last farewell.

At the “Readings and Remarks”, Tom’s three sons, David, Andrew and John, spoke about their father, Richard D. Weil spoke about his brother, and Diana and Dave Vogel spoke about their friend and neighbor. Besides the scheduled speakers, others joined in to speak about him.
It was a nice event.
