The article was interesting but inappropriate. In light of the 2025 Boat Race Committee’s importunate decision to exclude PGCE students from getting to the Start Line, comments regarding the Finish Line are farcical and in extremely poor taste.
Unfortunately this year’s Boat Race is DEAD in the opinions of the teaching profession. Urgent Organisational changes are required for the Oxford v Cambridge BR to regain any modicum of respect.
