It is time again, the Committee of the Head of the Schuylkill Regatta (HOSR) invites those interested in rowing history to a new Zoom event at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, 26th September – “UBC/UBC: The Tale of Two Clubs”.
The Committee writes in an invitation:
Our next “story” will demonstrate the growth of rowing in sister cities – Philadelphia and Boston. Bill Miller, Union Boat Club, and Claudia Siegel, University Barge Club, will present the Clubs’ parallel histories and the camaraderie they’ve been sharing since 1945.
