The boat moved
in a continual
spiral across the water
to meet the spiraling
water. Theirs was,
boat and water,
an intersecting of spirals
that moved with the invisible
spiraling in the sky,
and with the felt energy fields
spiraling through the earth,
connected, all connected
to the Great Spiral of the universe,
holding the boat to the surface of the water.
