British Olympic silver medallist Vicky Thornley is sharing some of her training sessions with followers around the world through her Twitter account, @VickyThornleyGB

HTBS correspondent William O’Chee sat down with her (from 10,000 miles away, in Australia) for an almost 14-minute chat. She talks about working with coaches, rowing v sculling and her relationship with the ergometer. She confirms her goal of rowing at the Olympics next year.
