The Architecture of Rowing

The Architecture of Rowing

Stood on its end, the oar,
being twisted back and forth
by the rower waiting ashore
for the shell to be placed in the water,
caused my mind imagine
he was twisting a skinny version
of Malmö’s Turning Torso.
